We hand create your pieces to order.The turnaround time is our best estimate and does not include shipping times. Unless arranged prior to purchase, production times are our best estimates and not guaranteed. Additionally, there may be slight differences from piece to piece as everything is handmade. We highly recommend ordering your piece(s) sooner rather than later to ensure that you will receive in plenty of time.

Urgent Orders
We accept rush orders for an additional $40 for a 1-2 weeks production turnaround. Please contact  us  through our website contact form prior to purchase for a rush order so we can ensure that we have room in our schedule to meet your deadline . If you do not contact us to arrange for a rush order prior to purchase so we can arrange a formal invoice with the $40 fee (anything required in less than the maximum turnaround time of 3-4 weeks), we cannot guarantee that your item will arrive by your requested date. Also the above fees do not include the urgent shipping method. If you need a quote for urgent shipping method please contact us for a total amount.

For Domestic orders we use Standard Shipping option which generally delivers in 2-3 business days within Australia. All domestic orders can be tracked on Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au.

For international orders we will ship with registered postage which means that customers will have to sign upon delivery , we provide a tracking number that can be used to track the item on the postal website of the country of destination once the item left Australia. If you wish to have a different postage method with your purchase, please contact us to arrange it.

We do not refund or exchange if the item is lost or damaged in mail.

Various countries charge customs taxes , which are customer’s responsibility to pay those taxes accordingly .

All our products are handcrafted and made to order.Therefore all sales are final and we do not offer refund or returns unless the wrong item was sent altogether.
In case of damage incurred during shipping , please get in touch to arrange replacement crystals to be sent out.

If you choose the PayPal payment gateway to complete you purchase, then PayPal stores your payment information. Credit Card and payment information is not stored with Bride La Boheme.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then (GATEWAY, i.e. BRAINTREE) stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
